Welcome to Felder Electric Inc.  In the past we have been involved with home automation controls made by several different companies.  We have found the Vantage system to be the friendliest for the homeowners, installers, and programmers than the other systems.  The Vantage system is more economical with cost of installation, maintenance and minor programming.  Vantage home system has many ways of changing your personal life style at home.  With computerization you can turn on and off lights, appliances, and other systems within your house without even being there.  You can have night lights come on at a certain time for safety and security.  With this system you can set lighting scenes to your convenience with one touch or hold of a button.  At dusk the lights can come on automatically and raise or lower as darkness falls throughout the night.  The Vantage system has the capability of integrating with your home theater systems, security systems, and mechanical systems.  With the use of a cell phone or modem you can adjust furnace temperatures and lights from other locations with the use of modern technology. 

The Vantage system has multiple solutions for new installations, home remodeling, or retrofitting existing homes. Installation in new construction is made easier with the convenience of open walls. For additions or remodeling projects, accessibility becomes more questionable.  The hybrid system is more feasible for this use.  Even in an existing home where there is no wall accessibility Vantage has a radio frequency retrofit system that works simply by taking out existing switches and replacing them with Vantage controls.  All three different systems have the same styles, capabilities and look.  Simply by using a touch screen, the capability of controlling multiple systems is at the tips of your finger.
